C language is one of the oldest programming languages, and turbo c is the compiler used widely. C language is the base of programming, and it is taught in most of the schools and colleges. Now there will be a large probability that you would be using windows 7 and won't be able to run turbo C in windows 7. So let me show you how can you run Turbo C/C++ in windows 7, and compile and run c programs.
1)Download the installer from here

2)Install it
3)Now an icon will be created on your desktop, just double click it, and there, you have C Language running in windows 7 or windows 8.
4)Sometimes, after quitting you will be presented with a black console screen, just type 'exit', and it will turn off.
