I had the best experience with BSNL (currently using it). I have also used YOU! broadband, and it is also very good. You should opt for YOU! if its available in your area. There are some service and billing related issues for Tikona, but it may be in rare cases. I recommend taking a demo of the internet, from the company, or at a friend's house before buying it.
